Welcome to the 2021 Virtual Coulee Hoolie Ceili! We've worked hard to bring together loads of fun for you. For everyone's safety, in 2020, we chose to cancel the 5th annual Coulee Hoolie Ceili which was to benefit WisCorps, here in La Crosse, Wisconsin and Bantry Tidy Towns in our sister city Bantry, Ireland. These two organizations are working on community, conservation and education in each of our sister cities.
